	MEMBERS PRESENT: Marshall Montana, Sue Larsen, Patrick Kennedy, Tim Wentzell and Suzanne Choate; Kevin McCann and Louise Evans were absent ALTERNATES PRESENT: Gary Bazzano, Bart Pacekonis, and Roger Cottle STAFF PRESENT: Michel Lipe, Assistant Director of Planning Jeff Doolittle, Town Engineer THE FOLLOWING ARE MOTIONS MADE DURING THE PUBLIC HEARING OF THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION Commissioner Montana chaired the Public Hearing Commissioner Pacekonis was appointed to sit for Chairman McCann; Commissioner Bazzano was appointed to sit for Commissioner Evans.
